Scope of services
Pravelixo provides auto repair, diagnostics, brake repair, wheel alignment and auto-electrical work. Estimates are provided and accepted work is subject to parts availability and scheduling.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — Your rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers have guarantees relating to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and repairs. These guarantees cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
Where a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to remedies including re-supply, compensation for damages and in some cases a refund.

Refunds, Repairs & Pricing
Refunds and remedies follow ACL. If a service is not provided with due care and skill, we will offer to remedy the service within a reasonable timeframe. If remedy is not possible, a refund may be offered for the affected part of the service.
Estimates are provided; final invoices reflect work completed and parts supplied. We may charge for diagnostic time if the customer elects not to proceed after diagnosis.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied, please contact us promptly. Our internal complaints process aims to respond within 7 business days and resolve issues within 30 days where practicable.
